Applied and interdisciplinary research
Research in the area of cybersecurity is multidisciplinary from its very nature because this field connects technical and organizational solutions, whereas a focus on the development of secure hardware and software and their applications are presumed, and so are the mechanisms of their security testing and certification.
Products and services in cybersecurity are enforced under concrete circumstances at the various industry areas. Interdisciplinarity of NC3´s activities is deepened by connection with industry areas represented by industry members of NC3 and by topics defined by The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic.
In this context, the research will touch for example the following areas:
- robotics,
- informatics cybernetics for society 4.0,
- modern energetics,
- traffic a Smart City,
- engineering for 21st-century,
- or technological changes impacts on society.
Those areas are in the context of NC3 represented by industry members, who are engaged in realized research and development and the forthcoming commercialization and applying the result into practice.
Cooperation cultivated within the NC3 Centre has long-term character because, in the dynamically growing market of cybersecurity, there arise new challenges and demands for state of the art products and services.
